Jennifer has over 20 years of experience leading, developing, and executing HR strategy in support of overall business plans, and excels in driving positive results for the organization through her quick and innovative thinking. As a member of senior leadership, she actively serves on several key committees which directly impact the strategic direction of the company. Jennifer has extensive experience and a successful track record in HR, operations, and administration at top-tier law firms.
Jennifer is responsible for HR functions nationwide including recruiting and retention, diversity and inclusion, employee relations, evaluation and learning, human resources planning, compliance, and benefits. Her role additionally includes an expanded scope of responsibility including firmwide administration and operations.
Prior to joining Arent Fox in 1999, Jennifer served in human resources roles at Jackson & Campbell, Shaw Pittman, and Hogan & Hartson.
